By accessing or using our website (https://offeredup.app) and related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
Use of the Service
- You must provide accurate information when creating or managing your account.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You agree to use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws.
Account and Payment Operations
The Service includes account setup, giving preferences, and payment processing related to round-up donations to selected churches and parishes. By completing onboarding and enabling giving features, you authorize OfferedUp to track eligible transactions, aggregate your round-up donations, and process a donation charge once per month in United States dollars (USD).
OfferedUp does not retain transaction descriptions for your underlying purchases. OfferedUp may use transaction amount and related payment metadata needed to determine round-up eligibility and process donations, but merchant-level purchase descriptions are not retained by OfferedUp.
OfferedUp currently serves customers in the United States only. You may use the Service only if you are located in the United States and are making donations to eligible U.S.-served organizations available through the Service.
Because OfferedUp uses direct charges for parish donations, the charge that appears on your card statement will typically use the donee or parish descriptor, rather than an OfferedUp descriptor. If you have questions about a charge, contact us at support@offeredup.app or 616-570-8410.
Accepted Cards and Currency
Donation charges are processed in USD. Subject to Stripe, card-network, issuer, and merchant-eligibility rules applicable in the United States, OfferedUp may accept major card brands supported by Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, China UnionPay, and JCB.

Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, financial account connectivity, and payment infrastructure. OfferedUp is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes outside OfferedUp’s control.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if required by law, if needed to protect platform integrity, or if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, OfferedUp disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OfferedUp and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Service.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice and will post revised terms on the Service. Continued access or use after revisions become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
